The airport is at a distance of 2.5 km from Kuta or 13 km from Denpasar.
Transportation
To get around from the airport you can rent a vehicle, hail a metred taxi outside the airport or use the Bali Airport Taxi Service. The latter is known as Taksi Ngurah Rai. If you're looking for the taxi counter, you'll find it just outside the arrivals hall. Exit arrivals and turn right to find the counter.
